FCVS (Federation Credentials Verification Service) offered by the Federation of State Medical Boards, is a convenient way for physicians and physician assistants to store important professional information that can be used to verify a provider's education and exams to state medical boards. Certain states require FCVS to be purchased along with the application. The base fee for FCVS is $375, but can vary in cost based on verification needs.
